Description
1. The high liquidity ratio system dries pigmented paint and
water-based paint.
2. Ejection pipes distributed evenly in the drying over to keep air
flow highly active and stable.
3. The temperature comes from inside heater.
4. It could fulfill different technical requirement by controlling
the inside flow rate,temperature and humidity.
5. The oven is equipped with double-layer insulating material good
warming effect.
6. Independent transducer controls the conveyor.
7. Instant drying; avoid drying waiting time, greatly reducing the
coating process time.
8. It can be directly connected with the coating machine. The
machine can be connected to the drum type or curtain coating
machine. After coating, the finished product is directly dried,
eliminating the trouble of handling.
9. Coating surface hardness increased, bright color.
10. Extensive drying function: wood, plywood, furniture, steel,
building materials, lenses, leather and other UV coating after
drying.
